CLOS PACHEM

In Clos Pachem we produce thrilling wines in an environmentally friendly fashion. We cultivate the land in a sustainable way. In the same manner, in the cellar, the sustainable architecture has been fundamental. Our goal is to produce honest wines that faithfully respect and express our territory. We choose to vinify with a low extraction and to use materials which preserve the grapes and its aromas. Our wines reveal the delicacy and freshness of the Priorat. We will be very happy to team-up for a sustainable relationship.

About the name of the winery, it is inspired by Michel’s children who are PAul, CHarles and EMma. In fact, Clos Pachem defends family values : this is an heritage.
