It is a traditional sparkling wine infused with 100% natural Mango essences with a minimum of 36 months of aging and 23K Gold Flakes. On the nose, aromas of mango, tropical (pineapple, banana), fleshy fruit appear little by little and merge with the creamy notes of yeast. On the palate, with the fine natural carbon dioxide bubbles integrated into the wine, the notes of mango return and are well accompanied by hints of citrus, white fruit, dried fruit and Mediterranean warmth. Long dry and flavorful finish, inviting to drink and not tiring. Very versatile with gastronomy, from a welcome drink, assorted appetizers, festive celebrations and even any imaginative culinary preparation with mango.

We are a family producing Premium Sparkling Wine in the Penedes area for more than 40 years ago. We take pride in our products as our number one priority is QUALITY, that is why all of our products go through a double fermentation process (traditional method / champenoise), we carefully control and monitor the whole process so we don't have any added sugars or sulfites.
Our Mevalonics line, it is our innovative and ultra premium sparkling wine as we infuse our base product with 100% natural essences extracted directly from the plant or fruit.
