Looking around, we find an old vineyard plot of the Godello variety in the Galician area of Valdeorras, and we have elaborated it to achieve an easy to drink wine, enjoyable but with its own character. TECHNICAL SHEET 14.5 degrees Variety: Godello. Bottling: September 2021. Visual Phase: Yellow with golden reflections, bright and clean. Nose Phase: Intense on the nose with floral notes, stone fruits (peach, apricot), ripe banana and hints of toast, pastry, evolving to syrupy touches. Palate Phase: Glyceric, round and wide, with a marked density that reflects the notes perceived on the nose. FERMENTATION Used 500 liter oak barrels and subsequent aging on it own lees.
