Looking around, we find a parcel of old vineyard
of the Verdejo variety in the Zamora area of
Toro, and we have elaborated it to obtain a
different wine from what is established in that
area, wich is also different from what is established
to that kind of grapes.

Variety: Verdejo.
Bottling: September 2021.
Visual Phase: Straw yellow with reflections
golden, bright and clean.
Nose Phase: Intense on the nose with notes
fruit trees (apple, quince) typical of
fermentation (toast).
Palate Phase: Friendly entry on the palate, with
a marked density that reflects the notes perceived
on the nose.
FERMENTATION
Used 500 liter oak barrels and subsequent aging
on it own lees.
