GRAVELLY, SANDY AND FRESH SOIL YIELDS WINES WITH JUST THE RIGHT ACIDITY TO CREATE FINE CAVAS GRAPE VARIETY: XAREL•LO MACABEO, PARELLADA TERROIR: OWN ORGANICALLY CULTIVATED VINEYARDS LOCATED IN SUBIRATS AGING: AGED IN CELLAR FOR 18 TO 22 MONTHS D.O: CAVA BOTTLE TYPE: BOTTLE OF 75 CL ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5º TASTING NOTES PALE STRAW COLOUR. EUDALD MASSANA WINERY - ORGANIC WINE & ESTATE

The Eudald Massana Noya, is the result of  the Massana family`s hstory, dedicated to viticulture, on a property of 30 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Penedés, in Sant Pau d`Ordal (Subirats). The  different types of soils on the estate make it an ideal area for elaborating high qualitymwines and cavas. From our very beginnings, we positioned ourselves for ecological and biodynamic farming, turning these two types offarming into a work philosophy. We use only grapes cultivated on our estate in order to elaborated our wines and cavas. We grow 12 different varieties: 6 whites and 6 reds.
