3 Ases CRIANZA 2018 It is one of our insignia and reflects the evolution of the Tempranillo variety. Grapes selected from La Calera plot and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. The best expression of Ribera de Duero, with a long palate and a deep finish. TASTING NOTES 14.5 grados Visual phase: upper layer, bright and clean with high intensity violet and purple colours. Nose phase: the fruity aromas of the berries are the first fragances to fill your nose before the deeper scents of spices, leather, roasted cofee, cocoa and black licorice from the ageing process in French oak barrels embrace your senses. Taste phasse: black fruit accompanied by well integrated , structured Wood, yield a powerful, yet rounded wine with good body leaving a pleasant flavour in the mouth. Fecha de vendimia: 10th Octuber 2016. Fermentación alcohólica: 10 days at 26º. Embotellado: September 2021. Fermentación maloláctica: 58 in barrels.
